Building our home was supposed to be exciting but it quickly became the complete opposite. We trusted The Building Co LTD In Auckland would deliver a quality home that met the required standards. Instead, we found ourselves dealing with defects, workmanship concerns, and a process that seemed to drag on nearly 3 years past the completion date.

As the build progressed, more and more issues became apparent. What initially seemed like minor concerns eventually turned into a long list of defects that required repeated inspections, site meetings, and constant follow up. We constantly had to chase the builder to rectify issues and get lawyers involved. Communication often became difficult, and it felt as though every resolved issue was replaced by another problem. Independent inspections and expert opinions gave us confidence that many of the problems we had identified were not compliant or out of tolerance etc.
